Hair PRP
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy for hair is a non-surgical treatment that involves using the patient's own blood to stimulate hair growth. PRP contains growth factors that can stimulate the growth of new hair follicles, improve the thickness and density of existing hair and prolong the hair growth cycle. During treatment, a small amount of blood is drawn from the patient's arm and processed in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma. PRP is then injected into the scalp at the level of the hair follicles. Hair PRP has become an increasingly popular treatment for hair loss and thinning and is generally considered safe with minimal recovery time. However, it is important to note that results can vary and more than one treatment may be necessary to achieve the best results. A pre-interview with an experienced doctor is recommended.
We recommend that you consult our highly experienced doctors, surgeons and/or plastic surgeons specialized in the field you are interested and make a preliminary consultation for all your questions and concerns in order to determine which treatment will be the right one for you and to have realistic outcome expectations.
